At Aykiz Cosmetics, the satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost priority to us. We take great care to package and ship your order so that it reaches you in perfect condition.

We do not accept returns for any beauty product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation.

If you believe that the order you have received is wrong or in a damaged condition, please send an email to us within 24 hours of the delivery at care@aykizcosmetics.com with a picture of the damaged product attached or details of the exact issue related to the order along with the Order ID. Our representative will go through your email, contact you and if the claim is found valid, your items will be replaced subsequently. Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days. Do check with your bank/payment vendor for the same.

In case if we require you to return the damaged / wrong item received in your order, all such items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and should be in unused condition with its packaging intact. The products will be picked up within 3-5 business days from the request processed. The new / replacement products will be shipped to your address within 4-5 days after the original order has been picked up.

Cancellation

If after placing the order you want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charge in case the order has not yet been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. We usually ship the order within 24 working hours after the order has been placed.
