Aykiz Cosmetics has a simple shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, with no exceptions.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver all across India though the delivery time may vary from town to town or city to city.
Will I have to pay shipping charges on every purchase?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
How soon after I place my order, are my products shipped?
All orders received are usually shipped the same day or by next working day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.
What is the transit time for the order?
Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 3 – 4 days transit time in most cases. In case of some remote locations, it could take 5-7 days from the date of order placed.
What if I have entered the wrong address?
We would request you to call us at our customer care number given in footer immediately so that we can fix the same for you.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can follow the tracking link in your confirmation email. You can also mail us with your order no. and registered email ID using which you have placed your order or call us at our Customer Care number. We will check and revert to you about your order status. We will be available from Mon-Sat from 10 AM to 8:30 PM (excluding public holidays).
Can I return the package at the time of delivery if I’m not satisfied?
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on our Customer Care number or send us an email at care@aykizcosmetics.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries except Pakistan, Afghanistan, Israel, Palestinian Territories, Russia, and Ukraine.
Pls note the below International Orders related Terms & Conditions –
- Only prepaid payment option is available for international orders.
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 1500/- per order will be charged for international orders.
- All International orders are processed within 1- 2 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). Customer can expect delivery of the order within 10-13 business days, however, the brand does not guarantee the same as delivery timelines can vary country to country depending on courier partner and country specific regulations.
- International orders could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country. These charges will have to be paid by the customer. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value on checkout does not include these charges.
- If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer’s order value while processing the refund.
- Due to courier restrictions, Fragrances (perfumes) and Nail Colors (nail colors, remover, top coats) will not be shipped internationally. In case the same is ordered by Customer, amount towards these will be refunded.
